Note: This work is emblematic of Elke Daemmrich's bullfighting period, in which the artist combines dynamic lines with refined detail. In Divertissement espagnol, the liveliness of the drawing and the density of the forms convey the festive and dramatic energy of the bullring, between movement, color and symbolic tension.
