Condition: photograph has been handled along certain edges (notably a missing corner tip) and there is dust in the print.
Note: Abel Gance’s first talkie, “La Fin du monde,” is a visionary epic based on Camille Flammarion’s work, in which the filmmaker himself plays the role of Christ in a Passion scene. A rare artifact documenting one of the most ambitious projects in 1930s French cinema.
