- Gene Kelly during his stay in Tahiti.
Five vintage silver gelatin press prints.
Typed captions, SIPA Press stamps, and seals on the back, depending on the copy.
Approximately 20 × 30 cm each.
Note: A set of five photographs taken by Pinson for SIPA Press during Gene Kelly’s private stay in Tahiti in May 1983. The actor, dancer, and choreographer—a leading figure in Hollywood musicals—is shown here relaxing, often accompanied by a friend, far from the film sets. Preserved with their original captions and stamps, these prints offer a rare glimpse into the private life of the star of *An American in Paris* (1951), *Singin’ in the Rain* (1952), and *Brigadoon* (1954).
